How do I order products?

If you find a product you would like to purchase, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and this will add the item to your order. You will then be given the option to continue shopping or go to the ’checkout’. When you ‘checkout’ you will then be able to review the products you have selected in your cart, including shipping costs and taxes. Once you are happy with your order, click on the ‘click to proceed’ link on the cart page. You will then need to enter your email address and billing/contact details. Click ‘purchase’ and you will see your ‘order summary’ before you can proceed to PayPal.

What if I receive a damaged product or the wrong order?

Once you have opened your package and find that a product is faulty, and you have not used the product then we will replace your product, we do not offer refunds.  We will only pay for shipping costs if your product is faulty, not because you have simply changed your mind, then the replacement cost is at your expense. In both cases the products must not have been opened or used. Please email us or phone within 5 working days so we can arrange a replacement.

Can I return my products if I select the wrong ones?

For health and safety reasons unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on products that have been opened or used. We feel certain that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our products but we do request that you choose carefully. If you have not opened the product then we will exchange your product for something else, we do not offer refunds. Shipping for the return of the item and the replacement one back to you is at your expense.

What happens if a product is “Out of Stock”?

If the product is sold out then it means that we are still able to order them in but we don’t currently have them in stock at the moment. These items can still be placed on backorder and we will order them in for you. Usually Out Of Stock items take about 1-4 weeks to arrive.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship our products with PBT Couriers.

No PO BOX DELIVERIES please as our courier can only deliver to a physical address. Please note that if you select the incorrect shipping option this will result in delays for your order being dispatched. Once the correct amount has been paid, your order will then be sent. All these prices include packaging and shipping costs at the time of your purchase. The smaller travel packs count as one unit and do not qualify for for free shipping for 2 products.
