We accept payment by online banking transfer to our bank account, credit card via PayPal, or bank deposit. We will then process your order within two business days following payment of cleared funds. Orders processed on a weekend will not show in our bank account until the Tuesday.
Because of the nature of the merchandise, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, just because you have simply changed your mind or the item was ’not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’. Neither are we able to exchange the product you have ordered for another if you have used or opened them.
We will replace faulty goods if they are returned to us within 5 working days. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return damaged or defective goods – This will be necessary with damaged or defective goods before any solution can be achieved. All Shipping in both directions, is not refundable.

We will process your order within two business days. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery and be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand.
Sorry we cannot deliver to any PO Boxes as our courier needs a physical address to deliver to. Any rural deliveries can take up to a week to receive depending on the remoteness of the area. PBT Couriers uses contractors to for their rural deliveries and delivery times may alter from advertised.
